2nd Annual Changing Lives Dinner and Silent Auction, March 30th, Edmonton

The 2nd Annual Changing Lives Dinner and Silent Auction was another resounding success! The fundraising committee is thrilled to report that the event was SOLD OUT and we raised over $28,000! More than 200 Friends of Edzimkulu enjoyed an evening of great food and wonderful African music by the renowned local group JUBA. The event included a beautiful array of silent auction items from our generous donors featuring African linens and art from around the world. The evening drew to a close with a short video presentation highlighting Edzimkulu’s accomplishments in Ndawana and outlining future initiatives in healthcare, education and sustainable development. None of this would be possible without the support of our generous donors, volunteers and guests.

Plans are already in the works for our 2008 event! The date will be posted on our web site and we would truly love to see you there, as together, we continue to Change Lives.
